Thumbs up to imore. Love this site. Using my Apple Watch currently to measure and record my hockey games. If you play hockey, give it a try under your hockey gloves. With a flick of the wrist I can see my resting heart rate drop to the 100 bpm so I know that I can safely go back out. I'm in my 50's so it a good idea.
