Video from my PC to iPhone

I have a video that is a WMV file and I want to put it on my iphone, cool video of sail fish jumping in boat. How do I do it? I have the video in an e-mail and it plays in windows media player on my PC it has a little audio with it that I would also like to get on iPhone.

Convert it to .mp4 to play on your iPhone.

Its been covered before, but try downloading a simple video converter called Handbrake. It is free and easy to use.
First, download the WMV file to your computer. iTunes will not be able to play this type of video file so.... convert your video file into something itunes can play using Handbrake. After that drag it into iTunes, then transfer it to your phone.

The first thing is to make sure the video format is compatible with your iPhone;
Then import it into iTunes library and sync to your iPhone.
