Upgrade OTA after removing JB?

I have 5.0.1 jailbroken, and I'd like to upgrade to 5.1.1. So I'm thinking of unjailbreaking (after backing up, of course), then updating OTA after going back to stock so I don't have to do a full OS replacement and restore in itunes. Then I'd jb with absinthe. Is this likely to work? Anyone done it this way?

i believe the consensus is Restore as new iPhone for optimum results

I'd just do it in iTunes. Download the 5.1.1 ipsw ahead of time to speed things up, but otherwise that will be the easiest, best way.

Yep agree with the other posters. I restored through iTunes and updated to 5.1.1 then ran the new jailbreak and it worked like a charm! No hassle
