Update iPhone 3gs from ios 4.1 to ios 6.1.3? Also need to unlock after update!!

iPhone 3gs - Current ios 4.1 - Jailbroken - Baseband 06.15.00 - Model MC637b

Dear,

I would like to update this phone to 6.1.3, and after updating I would surely have to jailbreak and unlock it, to run carrier sim. But, unfortunately, after googling for hours am unable to find any suitable guide for updating.

Please, help if you have working guide or solution.

I tried, and always got the 3192 or 2003 itunes error. I think its because my iPhone is already jailbroken and unlocked with ultrasnow.

Then u may need to use a new cord. Sometimes that does the trick

Try putting it into pwnd dfu mode and restore like that.

Okay i'll give it a try.

Then u may need to use a new cord. Sometimes that does the trick

I am having the same problem and could get through..... error 3194 and 2003 of itunes stops the installation. can any one help me plz.....
