Update IOS 8 problems

I updated i pad last week with IOS 8. It took several hours and afterwards my i-downloader does not work anymore. Does not open at all. And I cannot see the many dvd's that I stored there. On the screen it says: no recent contacts. thanks in advance for assisting

I can only assume that the aforementioned app needs to be updated for use with iOS 8. Try contacting the app's developer for assistance in that regard.
