unable to change back ground of dialer with winter board theme

I am on ios 702, and have winterboard. After i apply a theme, the dialer background stays the same. Any free theme that also changes the dialer background?

My guess is that the tweaks are just not updated to work with iOS7. From my experience with Winterboard, most of the themes are not compatible with iOS7.
