Twitter ALWAYS wants me to sign in

Unlike Pinterest and other sites that "bounce" you right thru the App Store, then right into the mobile app. TWITTER SUCKS! I get the INSTALL APP HEADER and sign in username and password for YEARS now fed up, what makes this work
