Transaction not completed ?

When I'm trying to purchase for berries a mag appears " transaction not completed, contact I tunes support" thou on the other hand I can purchase any other application using the same credit card information ? I tried to contact iTunes support but no body has replied me till nw ?

Have you tried to re-sign into your Apple ID again?

I did , I even also tried to down load app again , and sign by another ID but nothing works ?
