There is this black circle at the corner of my iphone, how do I turn it off?

It is this black circle which appears just for a few seconds then it disappears. And it keep repeating the same thing. Kinda annoying ad I tried to remove them in the setting but nothing change that. p/s: Im using ip11 pro max

I’m sorry, but you’re going to have to do better than that. Does the “black circle” appear when using a specific app or web page? Since you’ve attempted to disable it, I assume you may possibly be referring to the “AssistiveTouch” feature, but I don’t recall it disappearing from the screen once it’s enabled.

After reading your post a few times I noticed you mentioned “ad” ?

If your using a free App from the App Store they do come with annoying ads that appear while using it

Still not certain I understand your issue but try and swipe away all your apps and do a hard reset of your device and let us know if your still experiencing it

Did it start after you installed a certain app? If so you may want to uninstall that app and see if it continues.
