The iPhone 6 is indicating that I've input an incorrect iCloud passcode & is preventing a restore. Can you help me?

Trying to restore to new iphone 6 but saying my apple id password for icloud is in correct - have changed again though I know it was the correct one and still saying incorrect so that I cannot complete restore or use phone - Help please
