The heart rate complication sometimes doesn't line up properly.

I didn’t even know that was out myself. I knew iPad was because I’m using the iPad right now but I didn’t know anything else was

Have you installed watchOS 10.0.2? If not, it may fix the bug you’re reporting.
I have an OG Ultra, so no 10.0.2 for my watch.

Did the OS update fix it? I just added heart rate to my Modular Ultra face to check, and it is okay.
I haven't seen it happen for a while. I did a restart of the watch this morning when it wouldn't connect to my Beats earbuds when I was trying to play Podcasts, so maybe just a simple restart fixed it.

Maybe I’m missing something, but if this is what you’re referring to, look at the space to the right of the last vertical mark, and the space to the left of the numbers. These spaces look identical. So to me, this looks centered.

Or are you referring to vertical spacing and not horizontal spacing?

I think he might be referring to the 48 BPM and 37 minutes ago alignment.

Right. This is what it should (and always has) looked like. (And what it almost always looks like; the misalignment happens rarely.

I would think that it could be replicated using just the Modular watchface with the heart rate complication in the large center slot. As I said, it doesn't happen often.
