I believe they cap at 2gb. My son has StraightTalk and never really had any data issues.

No. It's throttled until it turns over. There are no overage fees. I recommend Cricket wireless over straight talk if you live in an AT&T area. Cricket also throttles your data after you go over, but it's throttled to 128Kbps vs 64Kbps on straight talk. Cricket also offers more high speed data for only $15 more per month. My mom has straight talk and I have cricket. My data is very usable after I go over, but hers isn't at all.

Yes. Although it takes forever to download an app at even 128kbps lol.
