Spigen SGP customer service sucks!

The first order I placed I paid for Priority Mail shipping, it went out like the same day, and I had it realyl fast. This time around I ordered the same thing (so I could put them on my family's phones) and I just did the first class mail shipping. It took a week for a shipping notice, and then I just got them today, so 2 weeks TOTAL from when I ordered...which is ridic.

I ordered a case for my iPhone 5S 10 days ago from them. Still no case. Next time I'll go though their eBay site as they are always quicker when it comes to shipping.

This all depends on the shipper. I've had long waits through Amazon too. However, it's never been 10 days.

I always check estimated shipping. If I want it fast I have that choice. Their estimates are pretty good.
