Size has accidentally increased so much that I can"t use my iPhone 6. Why?

Can't do anything as it wouldn't scroll, turned it off but now can't move numbers to turn it on again. Siri was of no he;p before I switched it off.

Are you saying your device is so full of data you can't use it? Have you attempted to remove some content?

I have no idea what you're referring to so unless you can be a bit more descriptive, I doubt anyone can truly assist you at this point.

It sounds like the zoom feature is on. Go to home screen and tap the screen with three fingers.
