iOS 13 seems to have removed the ability to long press the reload button in Safari to bring up the option to either load the desktop site or reload without content blockers. I know you can go into settings to whitelist a site, but that's really not desirable. This feature was definitely something I relied on in the past and not looking forward to the next time.

Any idea if there's a new way to do this?

On the left of the Address bar, there is a AA button, click it and go to Website Settings.
You don’t need to close Safari and open the Settings app itself anymore.
