Purchase question from Apple Store (reserve pre pay)

I reserved and paid for the new Apple Watch series 5 to be picked up from the store this morning.

The pick up time is 9:30am. I got the email and everything.

My question is, what if i don’t show up right away? What about later in the day? I had some meetings moved around and i can’t make it. Will they sell it to someone else???

They shouldn't, since it's already allocated to you.

However, you may want to call the store and tell them you won't be there until later.

I'm waiting on Apple's online chat to help me change my pick up time for a band that I STUPIDLY said I'd pick up today between 5-5:30. I want to wait to pick it up on Sunday. Normally, Apple's online chat is quite speedy... today, not so much, which is understandable. I'm the ***** this time!
