Problem with app store credit!

Hi,
I lived in France few months and I was buying app store gift cards all the time. Now I came to Croatia and have just 0,81? on app store account and they wont let me buy anything with my Croatian credit card untill I spend these 0,81? ... And offcourse I cant find anything cheaper than 0,89? in app store!!!! What can I do instead going back to France???

Just buy something... the credit will be used up, and any difference in price will be billed to your payment method on file.

you are going to have to use all of the information that Apple has on file for you or you might have issues. Good luck

I tryed that ,but says "your payment method is not valid in this store"...I give up!!!!
