Possible to upgrade from iOS 6.1.2 to iOS 7.0.4 or 7.0.6 without going to 7.1?

Hey folks,

This might be a stupid question, but I haven?t seen anything similar posted yet. I have an iPad 4 and an iPod Touch 5, both of them on iOS 6.1.2 and they?re jailbroken. Since all the tweaks I like are finally iOS 7 compatible, I want to upgrade to iOS 7.0.6 or 7.0.4. Is there any way to upgrade to them without going to iOS 7.1? Or am I stuck on iOS 6.1.2 until someone figures out a jailbreak for 7.1? I?m more or less content staying on 6.1.2, but would like to make the upgrade.
