No ratings in AppStore

What's happening with AppStore reviews? Apps launched since last week don't have ratings/reviews

Hi, Cristina! What are you seeing? Do you have a screenshot? I see the reviews ok! Have you tried a hard reset?
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.

Whatsapp and Facebook updates were released more than a week ago. Now there should be dozens of ratings and reviews
