Need to move chatStorage.sqllite from PC to icloud( whatsapp installed folder)

Hi,
Recently I bought iphone7 ,I need to transfer whatsapp (all history) data from android to iphone,tried so many methods but didn't worked well.But finally I changed my android whatsapp data to chatStorage.sqllite (iphone redable format) ,but now I need to copy chatStorage.sqllite file into icloud(whatsapp installed location),can someone please help .
