Does anyone have any suggestions on a good Navigation App that doesn't have a monthly fee?

I bought GMap East. One time purchase and no monthly fees. Works great, but it doesn't have landscape mode.

I'm not linked in enough to know the answer to this... I know GMap East will give you turn by turn, but isn't v3.1 coming soon and won't it have turn by turn?
