my otter box cracked, will they replace it

I have an Iphone 6+ which has been in an Otter box for 2 years. It fel out of my pocket in my bathroom and I didn't notice at the time, but the Otter box casing cracked. Later, I spilled a little water on the back and wiped it off, not worrying about my phone because it was tucked solidly in the Otterbox - NOT. My phone has some light spots on the screen and that is when I noticed the crack! I immediately took it off and the light spots aree still on the face. Will Otter replace their own box? I mean the Otter Case cracked!! How scary is this/
