My Music will not shuffle, what did do,how do i fix it?

Welcome to iMore! Which OS are you on? IOS 9? Do you see the shuffle option and it doesn't work? Or do you not see the shuffle option? Need more info!

On iOS 9, highlight a song and the options are at the bottom.

On iOS 10 beta, pull up on the same screen to reveal the options.
