My itunes 12.2.x can`t restore my older ios 6.1.3. .

Hello i have a very big problem.My brother gave my older iphone 4s to his friend but his friend do not remember iphone passcode so he disable it.Was my older icloud id and i dont remember so i remember the email but password no.So i wanted to restore and update(ios 9.0.1) my iphone and needs i cloud password.I was typed many times my password and i disable my i cloud account.But in my laptop i had make a backup of my iphone i started to restored and new itunes ver.12 can`t restore older ios but when i install older itunes,its said that ios 6.1.3 is ready to download.So i click yes and after ios 6.1.3 downloaded to my pc it gives me a error.

What error are you getting?

You may need to do a restore in DFU mode.
