Still going strong at the gym and doing really good with my nutrition. Lost 10 pounds and very excited to see how much more I can lose.

Walking still going good, haven't stayed totally away from the soda though!

Need to kick it into high gear for real..... Walking my first 5k this spring

Week 1 I got back into running, goal was to do around 10-20 miles a week until I can get comfortable and start increasing the mileage. Week 2 I decided to start juicing. I purchased an 800 watt juicer and have replaced breakfast and lunch with fresh juice. Week 3 - I am looking to ramp it up a bit and run between 20-40 miles a week and continue using juicing as a way to not eat crap food
