Week 1 I got back into running, goal was to do around 10-20 miles a week until I can get comfortable and start increasing the mileage. Week 2 I decided to start juicing. I purchased an 800 watt juicer and have replaced breakfast and lunch with fresh juice. Week 3 - I am looking to ramp it up a bit and run between 20-40 miles a week and continue using juicing as a way to not eat crap food
