MMS fails to send on unlocked iPhone 4

The iPhone 4 is unlocked with a active tmobile micro sim card and is not jailbroken

I did input the mms settings, the internet was actually already working and mms button is present when composing.

How do I fix my mms issue?

MMS on t-mobile is a known problem. Not truly reliable.

Try giving tmobile a call/visit. They are actually pretty helpful regarding support for unlocked iPhones.
