mms errors (random) help fix?

So i have a jail broken/unlocked iphone 3g on 3.1.3 fw, and since i have had it i got mms enabled and working but up to recently, i have been getting the "The media content was not included due to a picture resolution or message size restriction"

I have it set up this way:
mms:
apn:wap.voicestream.com
mmsc:http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
mms proxy: 216.155.165.050:8080
mms max message size: 1048756
mms ua prof url: https://www.apple.com/mms/usprof.rdf#mn_p

any ideas what i have wrong or should do to fix this problem?

1. Restore and update to 4.1
2. Switch to AT&T

1) if i did that i still wouldnt have the correct setting in order to have mms
2) maybe some other time

You should contact your carrier, they may have updated APN settings for their customers and since you have set yours yourself, would not have pulled the update.

If you're using TMobile in the states, they have an iPhone department and can help you.

well cuple days ago i had to reset my network setting cause my wifi was screwing up, but still nothing..
