iTunes won't see iPhone 6+

iTunes won't see the iPhone 6+ 128gb. I've tried different USB ports, uninstall and reinstall, it recognized my wifes on the same computer and USB ports but won't recognize mine. I get a 'time out message'.

Any ideas?
