Issues with iCloud emails?

Did any of you experience not getting emails. I did a booking on Hotels.com and I did not receive a confirmation email to my iCloud address, I've checked the junk folder and it still wasn't there. I tried this with my gmail address and I did get the confirmation email. Kind of scary it there is a possibility of not receiving emails on iCloud.

I've had some issues with iCloud mail. Not sure when it started. I didn't notice it until after I updated to iOS 10 beta 1. I don't use my iCloud email much. I couldn't get some attachments to open. Forwarded to Gmail and they did fine.
