Is camera on iPhone 5s interchangeable with camera from iPhone 5c?

Front Camera on iPhone 5s not working. I get error message " wait for flash to cool down". I have rebooted, and pressed on camera and still a black screen. Issue happened after using Maps App where phone heated up during use. I am thinking flash burnt out. I have a 5c, can I have the camera from the 5c put into the 5s?
