iphone settings show duplicate device

On my iphone, when I go into Settings, then tap on my apple id and scroll down, I see my laptop listed twice. I probably should delete one since duplicates are probably unnecessary. Does it matte which one -- they both appear to be exact duplicates from what I can see.

Feel free to delete both.
You will be logged out of iCloud for Windows by doing so.

By simply logging in to iCloud for Windows your laptop will reappear in the device listings.
