iPhone (black) back cover turning spotted??

The back of my 8GB 3G is getting what, to me, looks like what one sees when the see "floaters". I'm not sure what is causing this but whatever these spots or blemmishes are, they don't wipe off, scratch off, and i've tried every human action in my mind to rid of them. Any similar cases out there?this might just be me or my gel skin doing something but it's kind of depressing knowing I can't remove them...

ill see what i can do.. my digital cam is broken as of about two days ago...ya dont leave a digital anything and a toilet around a three year old...no my camera can't swim...lol ill try jiffy some up with my webcam

Sorry @thebeerbaron83, its too hard to pick out the spots in a picture. It's almost as though my iPhone has freckles.
