Finally managed to upgrade from a 3G to an iPhone 4, and I have to say that it's been worth the wait. The phone is way faster, and iOS4 really shines on the new device. Totally stoked.
I also noticed that it synched my content in about half the time it would have taken the 3G. I copied 8GB of Audio and about 30 apps from iTunes onto the device in about 45 minutes. Well pleased. I have 19.8GB free from 32GB and I'm raring to go.
Can anyone explain why my music took up 8GB on my 3G, yet blew out to 8.5GB on the iPhone 4? I'm just curious where the extra 500MB came from when it was the same content.
Anyway, I'm off to play with my new phone.
Cheers,
Steve
