iPad 4.2 GM - Update or Restore?

How would I install the B GoldMaster of 4.2 for iPad:
option/update or option/restore?

Always when you upgrade you should do a back up.

Thanks for that advice. I will most surely do that. But once more: Do I have to use Option+Restore to install the GM B revision, or can I just use Option + Update?

Managed.Update worked fine, indeed. Was surprised that it was that fast.
