may i ask please if it's possible to unlock my iphone that's locked via icloud with the following conditions:
- forgot the password of the connected icloud
- the linked email is my work's email and got deactivated since i resigned from the company.
the only thing that indicates that the phone is mine is that the linked email consists of my first and last name. i.e. firstname.lastname@companyname.com.
if i sent the IMEI number of the phone, passport copy to check the name and the icloud email to apple support, would they unlock the phone or is there any other way.
