I want to know what the problem is and how to fix it?

I just finished installing iOS 14 on my iPhone X, but for some reason my ringtones downloaded link redacted no longer play. I checked it very carefully in the alarm settings and reset it but when someone rings there is no ringtone. In this case I do not know what is the error, I want to know how to fix it?

Do you refer to the iOS ringtones, or purchased ones? You might try Reset All Settings. That fixes a lot of things. You would need to set the ringtones back up again.

Go to settings > sounds and haptics and make sure it’s actually on.
