I jailbroke my iPhone for and when I type my pass code it keeps rebooting, what can I do?

i jail broke my iPhone for and when i type my pass code it keeps rebooting.

just this morning i thought about jail breaking my iPhone 4. i have jail broken apple devises before but this time i thought i was in trouble.when ever i turn on the iPhone and type my pass code it just reboots to the lock screen not the home screen. the same thing happens when i went on the emergency part on the lock screen.i have tried the home and on/off button technique but i dosent not even the up volume trick.
it also deleted all my data. before jail braking.
