I changed internet provider, now they have shut my email account down. How can I get my email account back?

Changed internet provider, now they have shut my email account down

I have swapped internet provider , now my old provider [ Karoo ] have completely shut my email address down , now I cannot even log in to my icloud etc the questions icloud ask for security are questions I have never been asked how the hell do I change my email address without logging in ( which I now cannot ) and without them asking questions I have never replied to ?

You should have changed your AppleID before canceling the old service. Apple ID - Apple Support
