YouTube made some changes to their mobile site a few weeks ago, and since then The HQ toggle no longer appears on iPad, rendering it useless for those of us with poor bandwidth. My workaround has been to view videos on my phone (HQ toggle still appears there) but I'd much prefer to watch on the larger screen. Anyone know if there's a way to force YouTube to serve up standard quality vids?
