How will the upgrade work when the phone becomes available on February 3? Do you pre-order it for full retail then get it reduced to your upgrade discount + promo discount? Any ideas?

The pre-order process should give you whatever price you're eligible for... 2yr contract price, or 1 yr if they offer it and you pick that, or - full retail if you're not eligible to upgrade. If you're one that still has an upgrade discount, you'll get that too.
