How to use internet connect and not WiFi to transfer photos through photo library?

Hi all,
I would like to transfer my new photos using internet connect instead of wifi.
I did not see the switch in the settings. I think it was possible.

Transfer photos done wirh iPhone on icloud photo library using internet connect.
I have fair use of 10go/month and I would l like upload my last photo on the go abd don't wait to be at home.

If you're using an iOS device, go to Settings → Cellular, and then enable the toggle next to "Photos".

Photo app always say "wifi required".

As far as I know, iCloud Photo Library syncing can only be done over wifi, while the battery is charged or the device is plugged into a charger.
