How to unhide SBSettings

give this a shot.
settings>activator.
activator is your activation or launch method. ex. mine is set to anywhere>statusbar (double-tap status bar)>assigned to "sbsettings".
from there it will give me a drop-down menu. select more, scroll down to system wide options>hide icons. from hide icons disable/enable your preferable apps. hope this helps.

You can always access sbsettings through notification center. Just turn the widget on, and then access it through NC. Swipe to the right and click more.
