How to transfer voice memo from phone to desktop

I have conversations of about one hour that are too large to send to myself by email (or so my iPhone tells me). If I can't email, what's Plan B?

I would recommend using a 3rd party app. I use PlayerXtreme. It's a very good app. Once you've copied to this app, you can open iTunes and directly see the voice memo inside that app. Now you can directly copy the file and paste it onto your dekstop!
I had the same problem as you. PlayerXtreme makes life easier for me!
