How to stop emails from this forum

I must have set this up when I registered. I only want to receive emails about my posts. Thanks

On a computer browser, in the top left... Tap,the 3 lines icon...then on the top of the drop down box, tap the down ponging arrow to the right of your username... On the next pop-up, tap forum settings... Then there should be switches for emails you can turn off.

You can do it online in Safari on your phone as well.
