Case or no case for you?

I love the look and feel of the naked phone but don't trust myself to not drop it.

I bought an Otterbox Statement case in black when I ordered the phone two months prior to receiving the phone. Obviously, the case arrived a couple days after placing the order. When I picked up the phone and tried the case, I found it too dark so I looked on the Apple site and found that they now have different colour options for the Statement case. I called Apple to ask if they could make an exception and exchange the case for the burgundy colour even though it was well past the two week return window. They told me they would not be able to exchange but since it took so long for the phone to arrive, I could order the case and they would change the total to $0. I figured that they would send me a return label to get the black case back but they didn't so I got a $50 CAD case for free!

I must say I am so impressed with the way they handled this situation. Customer service in this case was second to none.
