How do I gift apps?

Am I missing something or is a simple gifting of an app a multistep process on iOS 4?

I could be wrong but you can only do that from iTunes...

It was on apple.com as a new feature in iOS 4. Anyone else?

Note the "+" sign on some apps now

When you view the app in your App Store app, scroll to the bottom and you will see a button that says Gift It.

In iTunes, click on the arrow beside the price. That is a drop down menu and the Gift selection is there.

Mine says Tell a Friend and Report a Problem. No Gift button
