Contact the carrier to whom the phone is locked and ask them to unlock it for you.

If your iphone is locked to at&t, I do NOT recommend to use any unlocking solutions now! I have an order placed a week ago with [redacted] and they still say my unlokc is pending.... I have just read that at&t sues its formers employees for selling unlocks and most unlocking companies now simply cannot unlock anything locked to at&t.

I will try to keep you posted on my unlock status....

UPDATE 13.12: Just got the message that my iPhone was unlocked!
