I think the person means he must be alerted for certain emails immediately so he can reply as quick as possible.

You can't on iOS. There's only a general email tone. You can set it to whatever you want in the settings, but can't be different for different email accounts/addresses.

There may be a 3rd party app that will do it, but not in Apple's default Mail app.

You're right. I stand corrected. It's been years since I really dug into those settings for Mail.
