How can I prevent my iPhone 7 from crashing regularly?

Over the last few weeks my iPhone 7 Plus has started to freeze at least 3-4 times per day often when using 4g but also when I’m using internet. It then powers back up automatically but even then a few times when the Apple icon comes back on to restart around 20 seconds later it switches off again and restarts and can take several re-attempts before eventually going to the Home Screen. The battery life is showing 95% and I’m on the 14.4.2 update
Is there anyway I can stop this happening

You could try a forced reboot. Hold down the Volume Down button as well as the ON/OFF button. The screen will go black and then the Apple logo will appear, at which point you release the buttons and iPhone will restart.
