How can i fix A Jailbroken iphone6s stuck At reset/uptade screen?

my iphone 6s+(9.3.3) is jialbroken,after i downloaded Appcake,apps on it and app store wont download(Neither cydia tweaks etc)and when i try to download or uptade an appstore app the phone would crash and restart,we decided to reset it to fix it(Because it woudnt appear on itunes to restore)after we did it got stuck at near the start of the download,i need help please!

Put the iPhone in recovery mode.

Be at your computer with iTunes open and a Lightening cable plugged in and ready to go

Shut iPhone down.

Hold down iPhone Home Button - THEN plug the Lightening cable into the iPhone as you continue to hold the Home button down.

iTunes will alert you that it sees an iPhone in Recovery Mode.

Now restore your iPhone

Sit back and have a drink until done (this part is optional)

THIS WILL ERASE YOUR IPHONE AND IF DON'T WANT TO LOSE ALL DATA ON IT DON'T DO THIS PROCEDURE.
